Subsidies for digital business consulting

The Consulting Kit is an aid to small and medium-sized companies for the hiring of advisory services for their digital transformation available on the market. This program is included in the Strategic Grants Plan 2024-2026 of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation and Civil Service, within the framework of the Agenda España Digital 2026 the SME Digitalization Plan 2021-2025 and the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan of Spain, funded by the European Union - Next Generation EU (Agents of Change Program - Kit Consulting).

If you meet the conditions established in the terms and conditions of the Kit Consulting call for proposals, you will receive a subsidy for the hiring of digital transformation advisory services.

Who can benefit from the digital voucher?
These grants are aimed at small and medium-sized companies with between 10 and less than 250 employees.
What is the amount of the grants?

The maximum amount is detailed in the table, and will depend on the size of your company:

Plan focused on SMEs that do not have an artificial intelligence (AI) plan, establishing the required investment and the necessary measures for its adoption, focusing the advice to the SME on the use and application of AI techniques such as machine learning, automatic text processing and transcription or expert systems, and the realization of a use case adapted to the business related to the application of artificial intelligence techniques.

Data analysis (Basic)

The Data Analytics solution allows SMEs to implement basic processes for data extraction, analysis and visualization, recommending tools adapted to their reality, identifying value opportunities, and developing a specific use case that drives strategic decisions based on data.

  • Specific advice on the exploitation of data through the chosen tool.
  • Optionally, advice on data governance, management and quality management processes in accordance with the specifications UNE 0077 "Data Governance", UNE 0078 "Data Management" and UNE 0079 "Data Quality Management".
  • Development and execution of a use case adapted to the business in data analysis (basic level).
  • Identification of opportunities or possible uses of AI in the field of data analysis.

Data analysis (Advanced)

The Advanced Data Analytics solution is aimed at SMBs looking to enhance and automate their data analytics system, implementing advanced AI techniques to extract strategic value, optimize processes and develop a customized use case that empowers data-driven decision making.

Plan focused on SMEs that have a basic data analysis system and require a more advanced one adapted to their business. This plan will determine the investment and the necessary measures to establish an advanced data analysis system in the SME, prioritizing the establishment, improvement, automation and learning of processes for data extraction and analysis.

  • - Identification of the SME's data, obtaining its valuation and evaluation of its use in conjunction with other sources.
    - Generate and obtain valuable information from data processing with artificial intelligence algorithms to improve data-driven decision making.

    - Optionally, advice on the assessment of the capability of data governance, management and data quality management processes following the UNE 0080 specification "Data Governance, Management and Data Quality Management Assessment Guide" and the UNE 0081 specification "Data Quality Assessment Guide".
    - Development and execution of a use case adapted to the business using artificial intelligence techniques, in data analysis (advanced level).
    - Identification of opportunities or possible uses of AI in the field of advanced data analysis.
