Microsoft ♥ Midway

Microsoft ♥ Midway

March 6, 2018

Since we started having our first conversations about what services would be offered from Midway, it was clear to us that all of them would be focused on helping companies in their transformation process to the cloud in the most secure way and squeezing the most out of the capabilities that these services can offer to their customers.

The reason? You only need to look at the growth that Cloud services have had in recent years and will have in the coming years:

What about the technology to use? Another point that was quite clear: Microsoft or AWS. It is only necessary to see the position that each of them occupy on the set of existing Cloud service providers in the market:

Both are by far the leaders in terms of the variety of Cloud services offered to meet the needs of different companies around the world, regardless of their size and sector of operation. Over the next few years they will shape the way, directly or indirectly, in which today's customers and partners consume the different managed services they offer.

The main component of our DNA, and that of our team, is to offer the highest quality in the services we provide. All of us who work in the technology sector know that this translates into exclusive dedication to specific technological solutions in order to be the best. For this reason and due to the typology of our clients, we decided that during the first years of Midway's life we would offer solutions based on Microsoft technologies.

And after almost two very fun and not easy years (it must be said 😉 ) we have managed to get Microsoft's attention to help us accelerate our development as a partner and, therefore, that of our customers.

What advantages does Midway being part of this "weatherization" program bring to our customers over other service providers? Some of them:

  • Assignment of a Partner Development Manager with weekly follow-up to help us materialize opportunities in our pipeline.
  • Access to pre-sales and product engineers to help our customers understand how other companies have adopted these technologies (success stories).
  • Access to solution architects for O365, Azure, EMS and Windows 10 during architecture definition.
  • Training sessions with Microsoft engineers for our team of technical engineers on a recurring basis thanks to an already defined training plan.
  • Preferential access to resolve critical customer issues.

To access this program, there are two different ways, you can nominate yourself or a partner with a certain level within Microsoft can do it. In our case, we can only thank Esprinet for giving us this opportunity which, we are convinced, we will make the most of.
