Our summary of 2024

Our CEO, Pedro Miguel Santos Luna, participated in the IV Meeting of Counselors of Andalusia "FP Safe Path to Employment", organized by ICADA Foundation and ADA ITS Institute. During the day, ideas were shared about the needs of companies, educational institutions and society, highlighting the importance of developing a Vocational Training of Excellence.

Microsoft awarded Midway Technologies the Data & AI Solutions distinction, recognizing our expertise in data management and development of advanced analytics and artificial intelligence solutions. This fourth designation adds to those obtained in Digital & App Innovation, Infrastructure and Modern Work, consolidating our commitment to excellence in technology solutions.

We explore how this artificial intelligence tool can optimize tasks in applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint, improving productivity in the work environment.

On October 29, 2024, we held the II edition of our Innovation Day, an event where we brought together experts in artificial intelligence, technology and modern work environment to explore the most innovative trends in the sector.

After our traditional Strategy Day, we reflected on this year's achievements and defined our goals for the coming year. We also celebrated the Annual Awards, recognizing the efforts of our colleagues, and closed the day with a lunch full of pride and camaraderie for all that we have achieved together.
